Filipina Executive Chef Cristeta Comerford has been working her culinary magic for 15 years at the White House and became the first female Executive Chef in 2005 under former First Lady Laura Bush. Her creations are savoured by America’s First Families, as well as the likes of Mexican President Felipe Calderon, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and other heads of the states. On this week’s Talk Asia, Cristeta Comerford takes host Hala Gorani inside Washington DC’s most famous address and shows her how a White House dinner is prepared.

Comerford was appointed by First Lady Laura Bush on August 14, 2005.  She is the first female executive chef and the first person of ethnic minority origin to hold this position. The 48-year-old is proud to bring her hometown’s local delicacies to the First Families she’s worked for. “It’s very humbling for me just to be even in this position right now, to serve the first family, the President, the First Lady and the children. Because coming from you know, like a third world country and being here and serving like the most powerful man in the world, that’s a big thing.”

Cristeta a shares with Hala her experience competing in the reality television show “Iron Chef America”, the First Lady’s healthy eating campaign and what the Obamas’ favorite dishes are.

Jennifer more tells that an interior designer can specialize in various areas according to their specific interests, skills and qualifications. It could include residential, commercial, corporate, hospitality, healthcare and institutional design. In addition, there could be further distinct expertise acquired, depending upon one’s inclination to specialize in a particular field. This could include restaurants and cafeterias, offices and general stores, medical facilities, and many more, which could require further certification.

It is approximately 16 kilometers east of the city of Manila passing through Quezon City and the Municipality of San Juan. It is bounded on the east by the City of Antipolo. On the north, by San Mateo, Rizal. On the west, by Quezon City. And on the south, by Pasig City and Cainta Rizal. It has a leveled terrain with only a portion mildly sloping. Anna does the job of nurse in a Medical Center located at Bgy. Anna is beautiful sincere and friends loving girl. She always tries to keep her friends happy in anyway.
