The Pinoy Biggest Loser Grand Winner

The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition – the show that centered into overweight contestants competing to become the Philippines’ Biggest Loser has been decided and the winner is Larry Sienno Galvan Martin.

The winner of The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition Larry Sienno Galvan Martin takes home the grand prize of P 1,000,000.00, a brand new condominium from DMCI HOMES and a Vespa Scooter.

The biggest announcement of the night was when ABS-CBN CEO Gabby Lopez appeared and said that the 2nd-5th placers will receive P500,000 each.

The five finalists to ‘Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition:’ were Angela Lupango, Art Lim Mendoza, Charlene Hazel Yap Chua, Larry Sienno Galvan Martin and Enrique Rafael Zayco Tan.

Philippine Military Academy Class 2015

The Philippine Military Academy or PMA released the list of 228 individuals who passed as Cadets of the academy and will compose the members of PMA Class 2015. In the list of 228 the 25 cadets are females, which will report on April 1, 2011 to become full government scholar for four years leading to a Bachelors of Science Degree.

Alodia Performs at Cyberzone Cosplay Event

The finals for the 2010 Cyberzone cosplay competition featured a special treat: a dance performance from Filipina cosplay queen Alodia Gosiengfiao. Cosplaying the futuristic soldier Amanda Werner from the sci-fi anime series Blassreiter, Alodia danced for an enthusiastic crowd filling multiple floors of the SM Megamall event center. Despite the very real risk of taking a tumble on a slippery floor while wearing spandex-covered heels, Alodia managed to look every bit the anime-costumed superstar while dancing. After her performance, Alodia served as a judge for the cosplay competition. Cosplay Photographers Guild founder Richie dela Merced captured all the cosplay action.
