Eggs (yolks, unfortunately), legumes, avocados, soybeans, and nuts: All of these contain biotin, an essential chemical for fat and carbohydrate metabolism. A lack of biotin (caused by taking too many antibiotics for an inadequate diet) can lead to dry skin or dematitis of the face or scalp. Here are some wonderful cover shot of  Meg Magazine May 2011 cover shoot with Jessy Mendiola. Mendiola was born in the United Arab Emirates. Jessy Mendiola was one of the 18 new talents launched by ABS-CBN under Star Magic Batch 15.

In 2008, she was cast as Chappy Girl in the TV series Volta, which was adapted from the Star Cinema film of the same name. In 2011, when Sabel ended, Mendiola joined ASAP Rocks. She along with Empress Schuck, Enchong Dee and Sam Concepcion are referred to as ASAP’s “Dance Quad”. (more…)

Filipinas Women Prefer ugly, Rich Husbands (Must Read It)

Looks are good but we need cash.

This seems to be true for a majority of Filipino women who prefer to marry for money rather than looks, according to a survey by the Social Weather Stations (SWS) released yesterday.

A survey showed 51 percent of Filipino women wouldn’t mind marrying a rich but ugly man.

This means the remaining 46 percent would rather marry a good-looking guy even if he were poor. (more…)
